Why do I care about this?

There have been times when I thought my anxiety disorder would be the end of me. Years of burnout, guilt around resting, and chronic stress led me to a wildly dysregulated nervous system that made even the smallest things really, really difficult.

I felt helpless, lost, overwhelmed, and straight up exhausted for a long time before I realized that everything I needed to come back into balance was already within reach.

And yes, we all have different bodies, experiences, stressors, and lifestyles -- no one knows your needs better than you do!
