reconnecting to the body x reconnecting to the earth
My herbalism journey has unfolded in the most unexpected and beautiful way. From simple beginnings learning natural family remedies to my first job in an herbal wellness shop, joining the core team of a well-loved herbal school, crafting botanical wellness products, facilitating community workshops, and so much more, each step along the way has allowed me to step into my calling to connect people with plants.
The same year I stepped into the herbal world, I happened to take my first yoga class. Over the past decade, these two practices have blossomed into a beautiful journey of deep care and continuous learning.
A small taste of my herbal projects:
Crafted custom herbal self-care goods for mental health retreat (2021)
Designed an herbal zine for distribution at a zero-waste shop (2021-23)
Hosted workshops through partnerships with a yoga studio, a nonprofit, an herbal school, a medical school, as well as retreats and private events (2020 - present)
Created small batch handmade botanical goods to fundraise for The Loveland Foundation and Black Voters Matter Fund (2020)
Some past workshops:
Basics of Herbalism
Herbal Support for Mental Health and Wellbeing
Herbal Allies for Emotional Well-Being
A perpetual student, I’ve studied under a 5th-generation herbalist, through the Herbal Academy, and through lived experience and independent study.
I’m honored to meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey with open arms (and an herb or two)!
I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a focus on Vinyasa.
By leading community yoga classes, I aim to connect with people as they reconnect to their bodies.
I’m passionate about guiding beginners through the fluid meditation of asana, encouraging presence in the practice on and off the mat, and offering space to simply be.
Community wellbeing is at the heart of everything I do. It is my deep joy to show up in service in these ways.
